Empire Training Grounds is owned and operated by four brothers who are first responders, military veteran, and medical professionals. Every one of the owners is heavily involved in giving back to their community in which they serve. Our head instructor, Omar Sabha, is a third degree black belt with a proven record in competitive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
